this is A14, one of the art rooms in the school. today i got acquainted with the two other art rooms that i don't usually work on, because the others in charge of it haven't been coming in to work. i still have to go back to both rooms because i couldn't stand leaving the stack of magazines and newspapers just lying in its grandly strewn-all-over mess.
i discovered, through the window of BB19, our school field. for the first time. (that's a photo that i quite liked as well but couldn't top this one.) hahaha. i started in the school in october. and i quite like the quaintness of A14. these pillars with missing tiles and, of course, the given paint splats everywhere. there's a lot more wood in here too, like wooden chairs and stools. the floor is quite slippery. it's relatively smaller because i think it's a BTEC art room. though i'm not sure if those two factors are related at all actually.
i wonder why there are four taps on this wall. i think only the two on the right (your right) work. kind of gives me the impression that it was made for smaller, younger people. all huddled up cleaning their palettes and paintbrushes... or just leaving them in the sink, really, because that's why my job exists.
